Our usual 14 day window is suspended so that gifts purchased can be returned after Christmas. Please note that goods purchased for gifts may be returned until Wednesday 6th January.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought, simply return it unworn and in clean, new condition up to Wednesday, 6th January, and we will exchange or replace it or give you a full refund for the price of the garment, excluding delivery cost.
We are always very keen to help our customers, and if there is anything we can do to advise on fit, or perhaps supply a size bigger or smaller than our standard fitting, please do not hesitate to email us before making the return and we will be happy to advise.
On the customer information sheet enclosed with your order you will find return instructions and terms and conditions, and a return address label, which should be affixed to the front of the parcel with tape. You should be able to re-use the mailing bag in which the order was delivered. Be sure you have given us your name and postcode and told us your your preference.
If you return a garment please obtain Proof of Posting certificate for insurance purposes. This is free of charge and obtainable at the time of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for the return of a product if a Proof of Posting certificate has not been obtained and we do not receive it. There is no need to send it by Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery if you have a Proof of Posting certificate.
Garments which are returned in a dirty or damaged condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. We will not accept the return of a garment which shows signs of having been worn or tried on for an extended period and which cannot be returned to stock. Similarly, we cannot accept the return of any garment which has been altered or hemmed at a leg length shorter than our specified lengths, and this applies to garments which have been hemmed by us prior to despatch at your request.
If a garment which has been returned has been badly repacked so that it arrives in a crushed condition we will endeavour to press the garment and there will be a £5.00 charge for the service, but if it cannot be restored to perfect condition it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
We cannot accept the return of a garment which has been worn and washed for several weeks and then shows signs of damage.
Damage to waistband fastening:- Hooks and bars are applied by specialist machinery and are thoroughly tested to ensure that they are properly secured on the fabric. Occasionally a hook or bar has come off, and we have now discovered that this usually happens because people are dressing while lying flat and then sitting up while the waistband is not correctly positioned, causing exceptional strain on the waistband fastening. It is important to close the zip fully but not fasten the waistband, then once seated in the chair with the waistband properly positioned around the waist, the hook and bar can be fastened. We will not accept responsibility for such damage, but will replace the fasteners if the garment is returned to us.
