Elasticated Waist Trousers for people who are not permanent wheelchair users
In response to an increasing number of requests we are now offering our comfortable, easily managed elasticated waist trousers for men who can stand and walk, but have difficulty managing zips and waistband hooks.
These come in two versions - simple, fully elasticated waist and drop front version which can be undone and re-fastened easily with the use of only one hand and offer complete independence for someone who would otherwise require assistance with personal care. This may be because of poor grip or an illness, but most likely someone who has had a stroke or injury and has the use of only one arm.
We are offering both versions in our popular stretch cotton material for summer wear. This is fully washable and has a smart appearance for formal or casual wear. We will add other materials in the near future, depending on demand.
