Payments

Customers' cards are debited automatically when the the order is placed. No card details are stored.

Delivery

Orders for items that we hold in stock are processed and despatched as quickly as possible and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. Overseas deliveries or deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may take a little longer.

Delivery charges:

  • UK deliveries: £4.99.

  • EU deliveries: £14.99
  • Georgia, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey: £12.49
  • Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and USA: £19.50

Prices based on single items. For larger overseas orders an extra delivery cost may apply.

Prices

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are correct, but we will not be responsible for mispricing caused by human or electronic error. Disabled people buying clothing or products specifically designed to meet their requirements - or people buying on their behalf - may claim relief from VAT. Where a product may be worn or used by a non-disabled person VAT must be charged. When VAT is applied this will be shown. Organisations registered for VAT must pay a higher VAT inclusive price. Designs, Colours & Colour Reproduction/Website Images

Colours shown are as close to actual fabric colour as possible. In the interest of continual product development, we reserve the right to change garment features or designs at our discretion. If you need more information please contact us.

Exchange/Returns

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund, minus the delivery charge. Simply complete the returns form and enclose it with your item, specifying whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you send any returns with proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods in transit. Please ensure that enough postage is paid to be returned to us. The return address is:

Any item can be returned to us provided it's un-worn and un-washed. Please return in its original packaging with the completed return slip that is sent with your order.

Damage to waistband fastening:- Hooks and bars are applied by special machinery and are thoroughly tested to ensure that they are properly secured on the fabric. Occasionally a hook or bar has come off, and we have now discovered that this can happens because people are dressing while lying flat and then sitting up while the waistband is not correctly positioned, causing exceptional strain on the waistband fastening. It is important to close the zip but not fasten the waistband, then once seated in the chair with the waistband properly positioned around the waist, the hook and bar can be fastened.

International Returns:
For international returns please ensure that items are clearly marked with 'RETURNED FOR REFUND' on the outside of the package. 

Faulty goods

We hope you receive your purchases in tip top condition, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. However help is on hand. On receipt of your order, if you have an issue or a faulty item please contact us immediately. We will ensure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible. Please have a copy of your order number to hand.

The product specification and details were correct at the point of publishing to the website. The manufacturer reserves the right to make improvements to the specification, which may result in minor differences to the product shown.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
